Roof streaks, green siding, black concrete. Soft washing kills the mold, mildew and algae at the root with low pressure and the right cleaner, so your shingles and siding come out clean instead of chewed up.

Drag to clean
Algae and mildew do not rinse off with a garden hose. They grow into the surface. Drag the wand across and see what a proper soft wash actually takes off.
Drag the yellow wand, or focus it and use the arrow keys.
What we clean
Those black streaks are algae feeding on the shingle. Soft wash takes them off without stripping granules or voiding a shingle warranty the way high pressure can.
Vinyl, wood, metal and hardboard. The green film on the north side comes off, along with the dirt, cobwebs and pollen the hose never touched.
Brick, block and stone clean up well, but mortar does not like being blasted. Pressure gets matched to the wall, not cranked to the trigger.
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pads and steps. Surface cleaner instead of a wand, so you get an even finish with no zebra striping left behind.
Gray, slick, mildewed boards cleaned back to wood at a pressure the boards can take. A good wash is also the right first step before you stain.
Gutters, dumpster pads, equipment, storefronts, awnings. If it is outside and it is dirty, call and ask. 540-599-2911.
The right tool for the surface
Most damage people blame on washing comes from using 3,000 psi where a cleaner should have done the work. Both methods are on the trailer, and the surface decides which one gets used.
Roofs · Siding · Wood · Painted surfaces
Low pressure, about what a garden hose puts out, paired with a cleaning solution that kills the mold, mildew and algae rather than knocking the top layer off.
Because the growth is killed instead of skimmed, the surface stays clean a lot longer than it does after a straight blast job.
Concrete · Brick · Block · Industrial
Real pressure where the surface can take it. Concrete and masonry respond to it, and a surface cleaner keeps the finish even across the whole slab.
Oil spots, tire marks, mud and years of buildup on a driveway or a loading area come off here.
Who we work for
Residential
Houses, roofs, driveways, decks and fences. Before a sale, before a stain, or just because the north side went green again.
Commercial
Storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads and entryways. Scheduled around your hours so nobody is stepping over a hose at open.
Industrial
Block walls, loading areas, equipment and concrete that has not been touched in years. Bigger jobs get a walkthrough first.
Service area
Based in Pearisburg and working across the county. If you are just outside it, call anyway. It is usually a short drive.
